David has been a licensed builder and real estate agent in good standing since 2003 in MI and since 2018 in FL. With singlefamilyx.com David mapped out over 1,200 communities in 10 top rental markets in the US with over 9,000 off-market new-built properties available to investors. Understanding the need to deliver performing assets, Rent Safe Growth and income fund I was created.

John is a seasoned industry veteran with over 35 years in the trenches as a real estate attorney in the state of MD, also serving as the owner of a title company and engaging in real estate development. John has pursued real estate sales and investing now in FL after a long successful career as a practicing attorney. John will assist the funds day to day operations with oversight on title and legal matters, as well as investment sales and compliance for all investment sales activities.
